We get it — once you place an order, you want those boxes in your hands as fast as possible. We feel the same way. That’s why we’ve built our shipping process to be quick, careful, and reliable. Here’s exactly how it works.

We’re here to help during the following hours (Central Time):

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Where We Ship

Right now, HobbyKita ships only within the United States. That includes all 50 states, plus PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. We don’t currently offer international shipping, but stay tuned — we may expand down the road.

How Fast We Ship

  • Same-day shipping. If you place your order before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday, it goes out the same day. No waiting around.
  • Saturday orders. Orders placed on Saturday are processed Saturday or Monday, depending on carrier pickup times.
  • Sunday and after-hours. Anything that comes in while we’re closed ships out the next business day.
  • Holidays. When federal holidays hit, we’re closed. Orders placed those days head out the next business day.
  • Pre-sale items. These ship within 1–2 business days after the manufacturer officially releases them. Release dates can shift, and that’s out of our hands.

Free Shipping on Every Order

Yep, you read that right — shipping is 100% free on every order, no minimum required. Whether you’re grabbing a single pack or stocking up on a full case, you don’t pay a cent for standard shipping. Need it faster? If you want expedited delivery (like UPS Next Day Air or 2-Day Air), you can pick those options at checkout for an extra fee. Standard shipping always stays free.

Who Delivers Your Order

We work with the carriers you already trust — UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Which one we use depends on the size of your order and where you live. Every package gets a tracking number, no exceptions.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, here’s roughly what to expect:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • 2-Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment

Tracking Your Package

The minute your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your HobbyKita account anytime to see where things stand. If anything looks off, just shoot us a message at CONTACT@hobbykita.com.

How We Pack Your Cards

Sports cards and hobby boxes deserve more than a thin envelope. Every order ships with:

  • Bubble wrap around the product
  • Sturdy, reinforced cardboard boxes
  • Packing peanuts or air pillows for extra cushion
  • Fragile labels when needed

When Things Go Wrong

  • Damaged package. If it happens — don’t throw anything away. Snap a few photos of the damage, the box, and the packaging, then email us at CONTACT@hobbykita.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost package. If it’s been more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, reach out and we’ll start an investigation with the carrier.
  • Wrong address. Double-check your shipping address before you hit submit. If a package gets returned to us because the address was off, you’ll be on the hook for the cost to reship it.
